shane had been bored all day, and he had finally decided on doing something. since everybody seemed to be busy today, he decided to go to the place he used to always go to when he was this bored: chinatown. he just liked to see all the people running around looking for the knock-offs, and he even sometimes got some for himself. not that he needed them, he could easily pay for the real thing anytime. just the fun of haggling and what not with them was the best part of it all. sometimes he didnt even want the stuff, but he got it anyways just so he could have the experience to fight with them until he won. being shane, he always won no doubt. it was just the chance to fight with someone always got his attention.
going into his room and deciding he wanted to change clothes, he pulled on a pair of loosely fitting blue jeans that helped show off his boxers. today they were black with different colored polka dots, and he had gotten them as a joke gift for christmas but he actually wore them because it was funny and they were very comfortable. looking down at his shirt he decided to keep it, it was just a plain black t-shirt. he hoped it wasnt too hott out. seeing as he would be outside and what not, it might be a bad idea because then he'd attract even more sun. sliding on his hot pink and neon green shoes, he walked out the door and made his way to the subway, which was only a few blocks away. once he was there, he paid and whatever and went down to chinatown.
it wasnt that long of a ride, but he felt really awkward the whole way, so it did seem like forever. shane hated that he was actually becoming popular now, because people were recognizing him everywhere and it seemed like he couldnt do anything without being noticed by fans and sometimes even attacked. he had been told a lot that he should stop going into very public places, but shane couldnt do that. plus, he was one of the most stubborn people you could meet so good luck trying to get him to stop if you really wanted him to. plus, its not like shane couldnt take anyone. he was a strong guy and actually pretty intimidating if he didnt have a smile on his face, which was most of the time. when he didnt have a reason to smile, he didnt, and there werent many reasons for him to smile either.
running a hand through his hair, shane got off the subway and walked down to chinatown, smelling all the aromas around the area fill his nose and making a scrunchy face. he didnt like the smell here one bit, but he knew he'd get used to it. he always did and then he just stopped noticing it. he looked into each shop as he walked past it, finally deciding on going into one with a ton of different pairs of sunglasses. he stepped up and there he was in it. there weren't many 'doored' stores, becaus that was just a hassle. he looked at them all, and saw a red pair of dolche & gabonna sunglasses that he really liked. holding them up for the man who owned the booth, he asked "how much" waiting for the price that would end up not meaning much.

Brooklyn was wondering through chinatown. She loved coming here and just 'people watching' although sometimes she did get quite a few unwanted looks when people recognised her from some shoot that she'd done. Today she didn't really care, she just wanted to enjoy the atmosphere. Brooklyn had been in chinatown for a while and had amassed a fair colelction of bags.
She looked at her watch and decided that it was time to find some nice little restaurant or cafe and have a nice meal. As she walked past one of the stalls on her way to where she knew the restuarants and cafes were she saw a VERY strange guy wearing very loose fitting jeans with different coloured polka dots. She walked towards the stall if only to get a better view of the guys strange jeans. She smiled to herself. Whenever she came her she always thought that she'd overdressed but most of the time she didn't mind.
